On the 4th October, during the celebration of the Feast of Saint Francis, the Franciscan Fraternity of Tripoli together with a sizeable number of faithful and our two communities of the Missionaries of Charity also thanked God for the 30th anniversary of the Episcopal Consecration of Mgr. Giovanni Martinelli OFM, the Apostolic Vicar of Tripoli.

Mgr. Martinelli was consecrated Bishop at San Francesco Catholic Church, Tripoli, on the 4th October 1985.

The concelebrated Mass was followed by a joyful agape.
