On the 5th October a Prayer Vigil will take place at St. Mary of Jesus Church (ta’ Giezu) in Rabat at 7.15pm. The Vigil prayer is going to be held to pray for the Franciscan brothers Joseph Ciappara and Walter Vassallo, who have concluded their Novitiate year and are now ready for their Temporary Profession, so that the lord will continue to enlighten their vocation. The Vigil Prayer will be focused on the Religious life with readings from the source of St. Francis.

It is our duty to pray for these young people so that the lord help them continue to stay in God’s hand on the footsteps of St. Francis. Therefore, everyone is invited to participate in this vigil and pray for Joseph and Walter, who on 6th October will publicly profess to live the Gospel way of life of the Rule of Saint Francis of Assisi for one year, in a life of obedience, without any property, and in chastity.
