On 29th November, feast of all the Franciscan Saints, a Franciscan feast was celebrated at the Ħamrun friary. For this special event the Franciscan sisters residing in Ħamrun, together with the postulants and students, were invited to join. This feast started with a moment of prayer together, with the celebration of evening prayer, followed by a fraternal meal.The Ħamrun Friary, under the guidance of the guardian, Fr. Marcellino Micallef, celebrates this event every year and together as a family in the Franciscan spirit of prayer and joy. This helps the Franciscan family that lives in Ħamrun to be more united with this special informal way.
