On the 18th of June, Fr Banjamin Galea celebrated the 70th anniversary of his priestly commitment.  The event took place at Saint Paul’s Home for the elderly at Ħamrun where he is currently residing.  During this special celebration of the Eucharist, presiding by the Minister Provincial and other friars, focused on the ministerial work that Fr Benjamin was responsible for and the great care he manifested towards the friars especially in war time, when at the time he was the provincial bursar.

At the end of the celebration of the Eucharist, Fr Benjamin delivered a short speech where he talked about his personal life; work within the province, and especially during the difficult times during the war.  The whole province would like to congratulate Fr Benjamin and wish him AD MULTOS ANNOS.
