Saturday July 10, five days into the Chapter and half way through it, the friars of the chapter elect the Custodial Vicar and the friars who will compose the Discretorium of the Custody. Fr. Artemio Vitores ofm was reelected Custodial Vicar. He was first elected Custodial Vicar in the Chapter of 2004. This year Fr. Artemio is celebrating his 40th year in the Holy Land.
