Mgr. S. Magro sends a message for the Feast of St. Joseph

This morning the 19th of March, Mgr. Sylvester Magro sent an audio message for the occasion of the feast of St. Joseph which is being celebrated in Rabat.  In his message, Mgr. Sylvester Bishop of Benghazi, who even as a child never failed to celebrate this feast in Rabat, invites the community to unite in prayer on this day which has always been dear to his heart. This year because of the recent unrest in Libya, he will not, as he has always done, return to Malta for the occasion. Mgr. Sylvester feels that it is his duty to remain in Benghazi and be a support to the community and the whole diocese entrusted to him.  In his message, which was sent to the Rabat community, he focuses on the situation in Libya, and makes references regarding the crisis of marriage (in Malta) and asks for practical solutions to enhance stronger marriages and therefore safeguard the family.
