Richard Stanely Grech ofm has been appointed parish priest of Sacro Cuor parish in Sliema.  He served in the Franciscan community in Rabat before working in Australia.

Back in Malta, he served in Mgarr, Gozo, Valletta and again at Rabat and was  ’religious counsellor’ in state schools and a teacher of religion and music in church schools.

He was vice parish priest at Sacro Cuor between 2002  and 2005. His last position was as provincial vicar.
