On the 10th of February the Maltese community in London celebrated the Feast of Saint Paul’s Shipwreck. This venue took place at Our Lady of the Rosary Church in Brixton honored by the presence of H.E. Joseph Zammit Tabona, the Malta High Commissioner and his wife Susan.

The Maltese Chaplain Fr. Charles Michael Grech together with ofm, Fr. Stephen Magro ofm, Fr. Victor Camilleri ofm, Fr. Jimmy Zammit ofm, Fr. Elijah Vella ofmConv. Fr. Josef Briffa SJ and Fr. Jesmond Pawley ofmConv. It was a moment were most of the Maltese nationals in and from around London met and feel the bondage of our culture as Maltese, proud to celebrate the baptism in faith that the Apostle Saint Paul instilled in us while living for three months in the Maltese Islands. After the Eucharistic celebration we had a get together with food, tea/coffee and “Kinnie” and some traditional Maltese delicacy.
