For the festivites of the Nativity of our Lady held at the parish of Xaghra, Gozo, Msgr. Robert Camilleri O.F.M. and Msgr. Jose Bonello O.F.M., Maltese franciscan bishops in Honduras, were invited to take part in various celebrations. The climax of this event was a presentation of a cheque of 32,000 euros to Msgr. Bonello – here seen at the Xaghra main square -, who was born in Xaghra, for the needs of his diocese, especially for his seminarians. Surely it was a great gesture of generosity from the very young ones to older people of Xaghra.
