His Grace  Mons. Sylvester Magro ofm, Bishop of Benghazi, returned to Malta on Saturday the 21st of February, 2015. He will be flying to Rome on the 28th of February for the Ad Limina visit to Pope Francis. Before his scheduled return to Benghazi, Mons. Magro will spend a few weeks of well earned and much needed rest and will  also participate in the festivities held at St. Mary of Jesus Church in Rabat, in honour of St. Joseph, on the 19th of March.

Here he is pictured with His Excellency Mons. Aldo Cavalli, Papal Nuncio for Malta and Libya, and also with his relatives and other members of his family who were at the VIP lounge in the airport to greet him. Fr. Richard Stanley Grech ofm, Minister Provincial and Fr. Marcellino Micallef ofm, Vicar Provincial, were also present as was present also Mr. Pierre Mallia, Director of Protocol and Consular Services of the Government of Malta.
