The month of September in the Franciscan Province is marked with an explosion of youth talent. These talent shows are performed by the youths who attend the weekly meetings during the year. They spend the whole summer preparing for this three hour show.

This includes plays, songs, choreography and much more. Every single item is done by the Franciscan youth including stage design and props.

From the 8th to the 11th the Franciscan Youth of Hamrun performed the GIFRAFEST 2005 which is the eighth consecutive festival, while on the 16th and 17th the Franciscan Youth in Gozo performed the Franciscan Youth Fest 2005 which is the third consecutive festival.  And for the first time the Franciscan Youth in Rabat is performing the Festival with the collaboration of the other two GIFRA‚s and also including the Vocations Centre, on the 30th of September.  This is to make pressure on the importance of the energy that the three Franciscan Youth Groups have and also to boost the joyful charism of the Franciscan Vocation.
