On Friday the 27th of March, 2015 the Parliamentary Secretary the Hon. Justyne Caruana M.P. inaugurated Night Shelter for the aged in St. Anthony’s Friary, Mgarr Gozo in the presence of Rev. Fr. George Bugeja ofm, the Guardian of the Fraternity and workers who helped refurbish and prepare the place.

The Night Shelter can also double up as a Day Centre and a Respite Centre. This is a project between the Franciscan Province and the Secretariat for the Aged.
