The Rev. Fr. Sandro Overend ofm, our previous Minister Provincial, Visitor General for the Lithuanian Province of  St. Casimir, has started the first part of his Canonical Visitation. On the 13th April he departed to Rome. On the 15th of April he flew to Lithuania. From there he left heading towards Toronto, Canada.

On the 21st of April he went on his way to Boston in the USA and he will commence his return to Malta on the 27th of April, arriving on the 28th of April. It is a very busy and hectic schedule, involving a lot of travelling. But it is very much in the Franciscan spirit of Fraternal service.

Although our Province is relatively very small when compared to other Provinces, over the years it has always provided a lot of sterling service, in a variety of ways,  to the Order and to other Provinces when asked to. We wish Fr. Sandro ofm all the very best, and accompany him and the Lithuanian Province, with our prayers.
