On Sunday 6 January the Franciscan Province was invited to the feast of the Epiphany at the Poor Clares Monastery in St. Julian’s. At 6pm the Minister Provincial celebrated the Mass of the feast, during which he invited the Poor Clares to pray for the Franciscan Province during this important year during which the Franciscans will have the Canonical Visitation at the end of January, will take part in the Congress for Religious and will celebrate the Provincial Chapter.
At the end of the Mass the Abbess also delivered a small speech in which told the friars to be assured of the prayers of the sisters, who also share with them the reflections from the Minister General’s latest letter for Christmas. After the Mass a reception was held to celebrate this occasion.
