From Monday the 12th till Thursday the 15th September, the Secretaries for Missions and Evangelisation of the English Speaking Conference are meeting in Malta for their Annual gathering.

Among those participating in this meeting which is being held at the ‘Porziuncola Retreat House’ in Baħar iċ-Ċagħaq, is the Minister Provincial Fr. Richard S. Grech, OFM as the liaison for the group and Fr. Lorrie Zerafa, OFM as responsible for Missions in our Province.

Among other things on the agenda for discussion are: what is being done in their respective entities and what can be done? Fr. Russel Murray, OFM (animator General for Evang. and Formation) will share what is happening at the Order level and will coordinate a discussion of the General Chapter Document: “Going to the Peripheries with the Joy of the Gospel—2015”. At the end of the meeting it is scheduled a review of the statutes & norms and if any, review of the new projects for the ESC-SME.
