The Newly elected Bishop of Gozo Mgr. Mario Grech is currently conducting a Pastoral visit in the Ghajnsielem Parish. He also made a fraternal visit to the Franciscan friary in Ghajnsielem, where he met the friars and had a meal with them.

It was a good time for both the friars and the Bishop to talk on the pastoral activity of the Franciscan Church and the pastoral work with the local Christian community of the small village of Ghajnsielem. At the end of the visit the Bishop signed the guest book. The Provincial Fr. Paul Galea OFM was also present and welcomed the Bishop with the friars.
